Hashtags in blogs

  Dear,

  If I add hashtags ‘behind’ the picture, do I also need to put these in the blogitem these pictures belong to? I don’t thing that it looks that nice and if it’s not nessecary, then I prefer not to put them inside the item.

  What do you mean by ‘behind the picture’? Can you send me a link to your website with an example of it, so I can help you better?

  Media (pictures, audio, video) at WordPress.com are not tagged. Only posts and pages can be tagged… please check https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/tags/ for more information

  Thank you very much for your kind help.

  The blog item I refer to is:
  https://hivewithhappiness.wordpress.com/2016/01/08/star-wars-bb8-free-crochet-pattern-gratis-haakpatroon/

  But with your link, I already removed the tags from the text and put them in the tags module. Now I do see all the items which are mentioned with the support page and it’s a lot of information. A lot did I discover already, but certainly, there is a lot more to learn. So I will get into this material and hopefully I will find all the information there from now on.

  I saw your post, and there is a little mistake. Instead of creating separate tags for each #, you created a one super long tag named #hivewithhappiness #haken #crochet #BB8 #starwars #gratis #patroon #free #pattern #hakenisleuk

  In order to separate, edit your post again, and use a comma (,) between your tags! :)

  Oh, also, to use tags at WordPress, you don’t need to insert the hashtag symbol (#), simply use words separated with a comma
