Hashtags on titles for social media (Publicize)?

Hello there!
I’m sorry if this has been already suggested, but I searched a bit and didn’t get any results about it.
We’re in a social environment, where social media is one of our main ways to promote our sites, and that’s what the Publicize function does, and it does it quite well. Unfortunately, social media keep evolving, and right now, in order to reach a broader audience we must use hashtags (#) in our posts.
My idea is quite simple, yet as I’m not a WP developer, I don’t know how hard it would be to bring it to the system:
Add an option on our posting page so that Publicize asks about hashtags, at least that it allows to add a couple of hashtags in the title of the post itself, somehow like Google does on G+, that it automatically makes hashtags based on the content of your post.
So, to give an example, my latest article’s title:
“Battlefield 4 Servers DDOSed”
I’d reach a broader audience if, over social media pages, it would appear like
“#Battlefield4 Servers DDOSed”
To be even more clear, let’s say the system gets all the words on the title, separately, somehow like tags work, so it would see the words:
Battlefield
Servers
DDOSedWith this in mind, you’re given an option to simply add the universal hashtag (#) symbol before one word, and customize that word a little bit, so that “Battlefield” has the option to become “#Battlefield4”
So, that’s my idea, I would really love to see something like this being implemented, and I’m sure many people would like it as well.

Nevermind, I’ve been pointed out to the fact that this actually exists, I was confused by the label on it, but it does actually work like my idea explained!
