Hatch theme has just changed

I tend to check my blog daily, even if I don’t actually post. Yesterday it was as I created about two years ago, with 20 images showing on the home page. Today there are only 8 images and nothing I do seems to change that. I think I turned off the infinity scroll some time ago, but that doesn’t seem to be an option now – there is a message that it’s been turned off for me. Has something changed recently, or am I losing the plot?

Hi there! Are you still seeing this problem on your end?
And to clarify, you’re wanting 20 posts (as set in Settings > Reading) to load on your home page right away and to not use infinite scroll, right?

Thank you for replying. I was still seeing the problem this morning in spite of changing the number of posts (as mentioned above), saving and then changing back. I had 20, but I could only get 8. I gave up, removed the footers and opted for the infinite scroll instead. I would still be interested as to what has changed though, as it’s worked fine for about two years.

If you would like to turn off Infinite Scroll and go back to having the 20 posts display on your homepage (as set in Settings > Reading), it’s working again now. :)

Thank you so much for your help. Infinity scroll makes a nice change, but I may revert at some point in the future. Good to know it’s working again :)
