Hatch Theme – How Do I Resize Posted Images?

    So, I’ve set up a blog and used ‘The Hatch Theme’, which seems to work well enough as an image/portfolio hosting interface.

    Was wondering if there might be a way now to adjust the appearance of the posted images, so that when a thumbnail is clicked on the home page, the post will open and display the image at full/a larger size?
