Hatch Theme – How to add Contact form

  Hi All, I am trying a new theme called Hatch. This is my second day working it all out. I’d like to have a menu/page with a contact form. I was able to do this on my other website (www.authenticreflexology.com) but I am unable to find the set up within Hatch for my http://www.carolinecunninghamart.wordpress.com site (I have a dot com and will transfer once Im satisfied I can get the right look with Hatch).
