haunted login: My wp.com icon automatically on wp.org forum login?

  Because I am an atheist. I can’t believe this is
  the wrath of god against my fall from grace.

  My profile icon migrated from my wordpress.com to wordpress.org. My identities are different. The email address associated with the accounts is the same. Is that it? Is the only way to disassociate the accounts to have different email addresses?

  As an atheist, I don’t like to take these things on faith.

  I think you need to be asking this in the wp.ORG forums but I believe it has to do with the gravatars

  For the record being a atheist, has nothing to do with your issue
  the image on both accounts show up the same because Gravatar, associates
  the one image by the email so you will need to change your email on your
  self hosted site & go over to Gravatar, and add the new email & upload a
  image you would like associated with the new email.
