Have 2 WP blogs, 2 upgrades but cannot map a domain.

Hi All
I’m sure this is simple but I’ve been on it for days. Help will be appreciated.
I have a wordpress blog and am starting another. Both have premium upgrades. Via the first, I bought a domain name that I want to map to the second. I cannot discover how to do this.
It seems to be easy enough if the domain to be mapped is coming from another host so ought to be super straight forward. Convinced of this I have spent hours and hours scouring the support and forum threads.
Help please.

If it’s easy to explain how you did that, I would like to know. There’s another domain, http://www.fertilerootsfoundation.org that I would like as the secondary domain to fertileroots.org.
