  I have a dns domain, but i would want to add it to wordpress. how would i do that? where would i go to do it? the blogger on wordpress does not have it on registry. or am i not allowed to?

  Since your name here in the forum isn’t clickable, do you host your own site? Because free blogs at WordPress,com run differently than blogs hosted through WordPress.org. But you should ask at the WordPress.org forum if you host your own site:
