  Bought a domain at godaddy. How to transfer it to wordpress or how to use wordpress to create the website with same provider.

  This forum is specifically for sites hosted with WordPress.com. However if you would like to transfer your domain to WordPress.com you can follow the instructions found here: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/.

  If you decide you don’t want to transfer your site to WordPress.com then I would suggest reaching out to your hosting provider (Godaddy) as they will have a tool to allow you to install a self-hosted version of WordPress on your domain.
