Have a domain, now what?

  Hello, I purchased the domain thediasporatimes.com. I am trying to build this into a site via WordPress, but don’t know what the next steps are. My current account is under the address ourdiaspora.wordpress.com and every time I try to change that to the domain I purchased, it won’t let me. I guess I am just confused as to how to upgrade and build a site with the domain I purchased.

  Hi there,

  Go to My Site ->Plans and upgrade to the plan you want to use.

  Then go to My Site ->Manage ->Domains ->Add New. Select the option to use a domain you already own, and select the Domain Mapping option.
