  My website is down. I have a paid plan and it’s not allow me to connect with someone to help.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I already did that and the problem says I need to speak with a human… and then they say I don’t have a paid plan…..how do I speak with a human? Is there a telephone #?

  Hi there @lynnannduffy the WordPress.com site you linked to in your original post was last updated in 2015. I also see a site lynnannduffy.com which is using the open source WordPress software and hosted at Eig. There is an error message on that site referring you to Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress. You’ll want to head over to the community and documents for WordPress for help with that error.
