Have a problem with purchases

  Hi,

  There something wrong with purchases but I don’t understand what’s exactly. I’ve seen the message ‘There was an error retrieving purchases.’ in my profile. But money was withdrawn from my card in November.

  Due I have a problem with purchases I can’t save any changes, can’t activate themes and can’t use support form. I’m really confused.

  Please, help.
