Have a Site, can't find the dashboard even after logging in
-
How do I find the dashboard to a site I made? Need to add a CNAME for Google. I feel so stupid!

Hi –
I think the problem here is that you created that site under a different user account. It’s not associated with the @kamiwright account that you’ve signed in to post from here.

Volunteers can’t help nothing shows as your site hasn’t been launched. You must own more than one email address. Can you try your other one(s)??

Hi there,
I do not see that site under your @kamiwright WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites/
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? I can confirm that inmodedesign.com
is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @kamiwright login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
