Have a site on word press – can’t sign in

Hi I have a siteOpen running on word press, and the creator has pretty much disappeared and the sign in and username doesn’t work for me to get onto the admin. And the password recovery does not send an email to either of my email accounts. My site is up and running. It is called https://bandaterraquea.com/
Advise what I can do. Also I don’t have any information about payment or anything like that since the person that made my site his become unreachable. Thank you very much -

It looks like your site is being hosted at another company which means that it’s not running the WordPress.com platform but its using the open-source WordPress.org platform. Since the platforms are different you should ask for help at their support forums:

https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/It will be very hard to get access to the site if the administrator is unavailable. If they have used your payment details on the hosting provider then they might be able to help. You can check to see where your domain is hosted here:
