Have a wordpress site and it isn’t correctly associated to my existing account

  I have been through an endless loop of resetting user identification credentials with support and just can’t get my existing website to be associated to the account that is paying for it…which is mine. Any advice about how to escalate the issue?

  Yeah, it was the same problem which required a different solution this time. All set now.
