Have been waiting over 28hrs for someone to answer private support ticket

  Is anyone likely to answer it please? I need help updating the MX files, as when I try to do it myself it says the format is not right, yet I’m doing it the way 123-reg have sent it to me. Please can someone help??? I have no email access until it is done…
