have blog ,com witrh WP but now would like to change it to Website

  I have blog that i hardly used hosted by wordpress.
  Now i would like to change it to website and keep existing name.
  Reason being is that with Blog i have kind of LIMITED WordPress and with WEBSITE with Host Gator i have full WORDPREES where i can install Plugins and Themes .

  What do i need to do in order to change it.
  Moving Blog to Host Gator is kind of complicate since i am beginner.
