HAVE DNS, cant find info

    I registeres a domain at GODADDy. com just now, changed the DNS but I cant find this on wordpress:

    Store -> Domains in your blog’s dashboard, enter the domain into the form at the top of the page, and click the Add domain to blog button.

    I JUST CANT FIND the ADD DOMAIN , or the FORM this speaks about!
