Have had trouble purchasing templates! Is there a bug?

  I have been trying to upgrade to a premium template for 4 days and we are still unable to purchase the Appetite theme. We enter our information and then we are lead to a ‘whoops there is something wrong with our server’. We are on a very tight deadline to get this activated. Please respond at your earliest convenience.
