Although my website is still functioning (https://rubythemusical.com) I can’t log in to make changes.
Having changed my password, all I can get in my Admin Page is an old version of the website, (ruby446421350.wordpress.com) which I never used.Can you help?

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is selfhosted meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org. To solve this problem you must take a look in the wordpress.org documentation or ask for advice in their forums – https://wordpress.org/
