Have I been hacked?

  Someone has clicked on all the gravatars of the people who have commented on my blog. This showed up in the site stats in the Clicks Recorded section. Plus i had a bit of spike in views today. Seems weird. Have I been hacked? Is there something simple I can do if I have been?
