Have I been hacked?

It could be nothing but I’ve been watching my site closly since getting hacked a month or so ago.
Anyway today I noticed my Last pass chrome addon kept asking me if I wanted to save my password.
Confused because I was already logged in I looked at the user name it wanted me to save and it looked like this…
Login – 5517705834312.csv
PW – ******It appears when I try to update my ninja pop up plugin.

will Wp forum improve itself? instead of telling people “you are wrong” and directing to pages where you find nothing and gets more confusion. instead of making rules, change the rule and make it simple as Yahoo did. Let people answer or if you have experts why don’t you answer on same page. Isn’t it possible for Wp to improve a little?
