Have I to pay twice to upload videos ?

  I mean, I am BALLA I RESPIRA, and I have two blogs in wordpress: BALLAIRESPIRA, and CASTELLVIBALLA.
  I already pay VIDEOPRESS for uploading videos on BALLAIRESPIRA.
  Now I want to upload on CASTELLVIBALLA, and system does not allow me to do it.
  Have I to pay another time to upload on the other blog I have in WordPress , please ?

  Yes, please note that the upgrades are per site, not per account. If you would like VideoPress on the second blog, you would have to add it to that site as well.
