Have link open popup window in smaller size

    The actual site is http://www.DateSafeProject.org

    We want to make it so visitors can click on a link and have a SMALLER page open up (maybe 300 pix wide by 200 pixel high) with more details about something we are discussing on the page. How can we do this?

    If need be, we can create the popup page on a different site. Is there code or a plugin that will let us do this in WordPress? Have a link open a smaller window. We DO NOT need this for pictures (there are lots of plugins for that need). Our popup window will consist of text and/or video.
