have lost password, cannot access primary email

Hi, I didn’t write down my password… I cannot ask for a reset link because I have no access to my primary email account. I had to log in with a secondary email to leave this message!
How can I prove who I am, beyond my user name and domain name?? -

In the meantime, I did find the ‘recover my site’ form, which I filled in, giving my transaction id and confirmation link. It said the original confirm link was invalid, but it occurs to me that I copied the link for my username and not for the domain name…
On the bright side, I have discovered that I can still access my site and account via my archived emails, but I am wary of changing the password in case I lock myself out!

Have you tried using live chat support? https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ All sites with upgraded plans include access to live chat support. https://wordpress.com/help/contact At times when all operators are busy or unavailable, you’ll be able to get through to private email support.

Hi – Just following up on the modlook tag.
You are going to need to sign in with lorr6 username in order to access live chat support. There aren’t any upgrades connected to the account that you’ve written to us with here in the forum.
If you are unable to reset the password on your lorr6 account then you can recover it through the transaction ID used to purchase your domain.
