Have multiple .org blogs, cannot add a .com blog, can't delete old stuff

Hello,
I was wondering if the number of my registered blogs impacts the ability to create a new one and, also, how to get rid of the items under “My Sites” that I no longer need there.
All my stuff is on self-hosted installs, apart from a couple of blogs friends and former clients added me to. I need to remove about 75% of that and I have no idea how.
At the same time, I want to create a .com blog and I tried to do so many, many times, but step #1 cannot be completed, even after I leave the computer on for hours. This is why I assumed I’m banned from creating blogs.
Could somebody, please, shed some light on my issues? Thank you. :)

You go to the My Blogs page and click Add New. What URL are you attempting to register?

I was entering all possible URLs I could think of, nothing ever works, regardless of the browser. Somebody I know says that the process should last a minute or so, no longer than the installation process on .org.
As for the other question, I want to delete them from my dashboard, yes.

Delete them, or remove them from the dashboard? Different things.
I can’t help you if you won’t tell me the URLs.

Whatever is the URL I enter (at this point, I am literally typing random strings), there is no result after 24 hours. Could somebody from support handle this, perhaps?
