Have my own badge on WordPress for others to use and upload?

  Is there a way for me to upload an image file to a folder managed by my blog so that it can be used as a “badge” for others to put on their web sites and blogs?

  Yes, just design it and upload it. Then put it in a text widget or your sidebar, linking it to your blog.

  I meant put it in a text widget or the Links/Blogroll in your sidebar.

  Sorry, how do I upload the image file from my computer to a location on the server hosting my blog?

  Just like you upload a picture. Then you copy the URL from the data you get and don’t bother with the button that inserts it into a post. Just use that URL to format the text widget or put it in your Links under Manage.
