Have new blog, “Publish” button not available

I have recently established this second blog. When I create a post, I do not have the “Publish” button (nor the “Save Draft” button) available. When I go to my original blog, those options are available. So I’m left without the ability to publish any posts on my new blog…… Any suggestions on what the possible problem may be? (I’ve used both Firefox and Safari and the results are the same.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to the “screen options” tab at the top right of the editor window and click the “1 column” radio button and then click the “2 column” radio button and the publish module should appear.
If it does not, look down below the text area in the editor page and see if the publish module is down there. If it is, just drag it back up and to the right of the editor text area, move it around until the grey outlined box appears and then release the mouse button.

Help! Any idea how to get the “Publish on Twitter & Yahoo” button back? its on my other blog, but not on my 2nd blog.

Have you tried what thesacredpath suggested to yneryner and robberto above? It worked for them so we are interested to know if you have tried what he said or not.
