Have no access to our new site as it failed to send through an activation link.

    Hi,

    We created a new site but something failed during the account creation process. No email seems to be associated with the account and we cannot log in.

    We have created this secondary account to request support. As we had no activation link, we are unable to use the account recovery form. Please advise on how we can regain access. The site has not been launched but we still wish the have the domain associated with it.

    Please let us know if you can’t find the email in your inbox. Make sure to check the spam folder, as they sometimes land there.

    Hi, thank you for your reply. We are beginning to believe there may have been an error/typo in the original email input as we still have received no email in any of our accounts. How can we proceed from here as the site had work done and still has the domain we wish to use? We also do not wish to have the coming soon banner associated with our business name.
