Have not heard back from support in 3 days

    Have not heard back from support in 3 days. This the second time. I am paying for support and the last tip they gave me broke the pages I applied it to. If I did it site wide I would have broken 100+pages.

    What I need now is my logon credentials so I can edit my CSS via FTP. I tried a few plugins and the free versions are below my skill level. I tried a paid one and it did not work at all.

    So I would appreciate a prompt reply from support.

  • I see that you have activated a theme that supports the site editor, unlike older themes where CSS is on a file that you can edit, CSS is changed directly through the site editor tool.

    What was the purpose of the CSS code that you are trying to add or change?
