have not receive refund

    hi team, i was granted two refunds for a total of $190,88 on 9/25/16. however, i have not been refunded these amounts and they are not showing up in my account. can you please advise on when they will be granted and i will see them?

    I’d like to follow up as I’ve NOT received this refund for almost $200 and it has been 10 business days. I really expect a reply as soon as possible at this point.
