Hi!
Have you looked for the confirmation email in your spam filter? If you use Gmail or Google Apps, please have a look at this support page for assistance: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
Also you can check your email at account settings. If the email is incorrect, update it and click the Save Account Settings button. There’ll be a message saying that there’s a pending change. Check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the link within to verify your email address.
