Have not received my refund

    Hi
    I cancelled my website on 4 September, for financial reasons. I still have not received my refund and today will be the last day of the 10 working days. I am hoping that someone can help with this so that I can get my money back.

    A refund usually takes up to 10 business days. But banks outside the USA need a lot more of time.

    Hi there,

    Yes, I would wait a few more days as you’re right at the 10 business day mark. If you do not see it by early next week, I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
