  The refund was successfully issued from our end. Can you check with your bank/credit card company? This refund was likely processed as a reversal, which means your bank/credit card company may have removed the original payment instead of posting a separate refund on your statement.

  We don’t have any insight into that, so please reach out to your bank/credit card company. They will be able to find out the status.
