Have not received my refund yet.

    I got my email confirming my cancellation and refund on September 2nd. They said it may take a week to see it go through, it’s now September 15th and nothing. I hope it’s still in the works and goes through soon.

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If the refund is not showing on your bank statement after 10 business days, please follow up with your bank.

    I have also tagged this thread with modlook for a staff to confirm if the refund has been sent.

    Hi quitesimplysparkles,

    I’ve checked your account and I can see we issued a $73 refund on 02-Sep-2017. However it appears the remaining $26 wasn’t sent, sorry about that! I’ve just refunded the remaining $26 to you there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days appear on your statement, so you should receive the money around that time.
