Have not received refund

  Hello,

  I cancelled an automatic renewal, and was suppose to get refunded 300, can you please provide an update on when the refund will be arriving

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank.

  Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference. If they need an ARN number, let us know, and we can send you that via email.
