Have not received refund from two weeks ago….second post and no response

    Team,

    I was granted two refunds for a total of $190,88 on 9/25/16. However, I have not been refunded these amounts and they are not showing up in my bank account. Can you please advise on when they will be granted and i will see them? It’s now been two weeks without the refunds occurring and a lack of response from your team.

    Please advise ASAP. thanks.

    Hi there,

    I can confirm the refunds were issued on 26 September. You can see receipts for both refunds in your billing history here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/billing/

    If you haven’t received the refund yet, the problem is between PayPal and your bank. Please contact your bank directly to follow up on this. You can use the PayPal transaction ID appearing in the receipts as reference.
