Have not recieved refund

I purchased domain mapping but it did not allow me to view and edit the mapping as the IP changed and I had it set to my home server which is dynamic.
I requested a refund 10 days ago, yet still awaiting a return.
PS: The contact support link, takes me around in circles. WHY?

It is attached to account as mentioned above, the domain I was redirecting was 7meditations.com.

It seems like your cancellation was not successfully processed.
