Have old version of WordPress. How do I upgrade?

  I have an older version of WordPress and would like to download a new version. Can you tell me how to do that, using a one-click method? (I can’t find any ‘upgrade’ message links on my site. However, I haven’t accessed for years.)

  If you’re talking about the site listed above as that is on the WordPress.com servers it will by default have the current version of WordPress and there is nothing to download.
