Have paid $20 fee but the domain still not active

Dear wordpress admin,
I have paid $20 fee today for the domain pantirehabilitasi.com that was disputed through my bank or credit card company. I use new credit card to pay the $20 fee but it don’t working. Please help to activate the domain.
