  This WordPress.com account was only created monts before you posted here. Your site may be under a different account or even at some other host. What is the full URL of your site.

  That site is hosted on GoDaddy servers, not here at WordPress.com. You’ll need to register an account and ask for advice at the forum that assists with the software your site uses. Or you may need to approach the developer of the plugin you are having issues with.

  An account here at the host WordPress.com won’t get you access to the .org support forum. They are two completely different places.
