After looking into your account, I found that you added the WordPress.com Premium upgrade to the site: polishbro.wordpress.com.
You can find this by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard of the site.

The site I wanted it on was weemaydanest.com not polishbro.wordpress.com. I am not sure were that came from.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. You can read more about that here:
Therefore, the WordPress.com Premium bundle would not apply to this site as it is only for WordPress.com blogs. If you want to keep the WordPress Premium upgrade for polishbro.wordpress.com I can keep it, but if not I can give you a full refund and remove the upgrade. Please reply to confirm!
