Have the free .blog subdomains the same userpolicy like wordpress.com subdomain?

  Hello,
  I saw that wordpress.com is offering new .blog subdomains.
  Have these new subdomains the same user policy like wordpress.com subdomains? (no expiration period, same content rules, etc)

  Sorry for double post up there. When I post it, thought I had lag and post it again.

  I will consider also the .blog domain names. For blogs it is a great alternative to .com domain names.
