have to scroll way down to read post

  I have “under the influence theme”. When a specific blog post is clicked, it takes you to a page with just the post on it, but you have to scroll way down to see it because there is a bunch of white space at the top. Any advice or suggestions? Thank you.

  I don’t. Is there any way to fix it with out it? Is this a typical problem with this theme or just a weird glitch maybe?

  It’s because you have increased the sidebar width (in Appearance > Theme Options) without increasing the total site width as well. If you’ve made the sidebar width 170, the site width must be 990.
