Have VA's that I hired, how do I protect my blog from losing all my work?
-
I have VA’s that I’m working with on my blogs and would like to know how to protect myself from one day looking up and having all my work being deleted? My VA’s have the access to my dashboard for my blogs so they can work on them but I want to make sure I have privacy so that I don’t lose all my work. Does anyone know how I would do this?
Thanks

Virtual Assistant, do you know how to protect your blog for privacy from everything getting deleted when you wake up one day?

If you want privacy, don’t give them access. If you don’t trust them, don’t hire them. Certainly do not give them Admin access, just make them Editors or Contributors. And it’s your responsibility to make a backup of your blog on a regular basis.
“VA” is presumably “Virtual assistant.”

Ok thanks, how would I make them editors or contributors and how do I make a backup blog?
-
And if they are a Contributor or Editor, would they still be able to help me create my site?

What do you mean by create? Here are the user roles and you can read what each role allows users to do. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

Ok, that is very helpful. How would I make them an editor so they can still work on my blog but not have complete access?

Adding Users
If you’re a blog Administrator and you’d like to make someone a Contributor, Author, or Editor on your site, please follow the directions on adding contributors. http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ -
I added them as new users but I don’t have an invite user tab, where would I go once I add them as Editors to invite them?
