Have VideoPress upgrade but can’t post video

  I bought the $59.99 upgrade for VideoPress. Have clicked on Insert Video, then Browse to select .wmv file, the Upload. After finished uploading there is a square black patch saying “Your video is being processed and will be finished in about 5 minutes”. This message NEVER goes away. If I wait forever and the Insert In Post, I get a garbled line of characters betwee [ ] brackets. I have repeated this several times, and can never get the video in my post. The video is 21 mb in size and is a .wmv file. PLEASE HELP

  Have you, just as a test, tried uploading a smaller video?
