Have WP hosted blog and Facebook share not working

I’ve gone to the settings/sharing section of my blog and clicked connect to Facebook. Every time I do this, I get:
“Error – Unable to use Facebook Page”Does anyone know why this might be? I want my posts to be put up automatically.
Here is the Facebook page I’m attempting to automatically post to:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Patt-Penguin/295406887205666FYI, posts on my Facebook page from WordPress were put their manually since I can’t get the WP’s Facebook share to work.
I did contact WP support too. I’m curious if anyone in the community might have some insights though. Thanks. :)

OK! I think I solved it. After continuing to search for solutions, I went into my Facebook admin area and went to the security section. It showed that WordPress had full access to my page. I deleted the WordPress entry. I then went back to WordPress and tried to connect again, reinitiating the process to give WordPress access to Facebook. It worked this time. I don’t know why. But this sort of “reinstall” seems to have solved the problem.

I do not even see the Facebook and Twitter sharing icons at the bottom of your posts.

You can have oth Facebook like & share buttons at the bottom of your posts.

I’ve been having the same problem with a site I manage. We just want blog posts to appear automatically on the facebook page, and I keep disabling and reenabling the connection with facebook. It keeps wanting to link to the personal facebook profile rather than a specific page. Finally I got the option to specify which page to allow access, but it’s still not working. So when I go to Settings<sharing<and click ‘set options’ on the facebook icon, a blank window appears (there was just the one time it let me through to specify which page to link). And next to ‘new posts’ for the blog section, it says you need to authorize wordpress to use the account ON facebook. Which both the owner and I have done repeatedly. Irritating. Any thoughts? Try again doesn’t really work!

Alternatively you can use Networked Blogs http://www.networkedblogs.com/ or RSS Grafitti http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti for posting to Facebook walls. RSS Graffiti periodically checks the RSS/Atom feeds that you specify and posts any new entries it finds to the Facebook Walls that you specify. You can get any feed written on any wall (Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Application Profile Pages). In fact, multiple feeds to multiple walls. You choose the combination.
