Have you had reports of browsers not being able to gain full functionality?

  For some reason my personal computer can’t handle everything on wordpress. Therefore, when I try to make a new post, certain functions like adding a picture or viewing the post in “visual” mode refuse to work making it near impossible for me to actually post. These problems don’t occur on other computers so I’m thinking it could be an issue with my computer/browser but I wanted to check in and see if you’ve had any other similar reports or have any ideas on what to do.
