  Hi this amount haven’t been refunded from my credit card!

  Hi there,

  Credit card refunds take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or 1-2 billing statements.

  If you’re still not being able to view the refund you can contact the Support staff by adding the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic.

  Hi there,

  If you haven’t yet received your refund after 10 business days, please follow up with your bank. We process refunds immediately on our end, but it’s up to your bank/credit card company when that refund will appear on your statement. With some institutions it can take as long as two statement cycles.

  You can give the transaction ID appearing in the refund receipt to your bank as a reference:
