Haven’t get refund yet

    Hey there,
    I bought a domain and starter pack recent month and my mind changed so I dropped the idea and cancelled the plan within the week of purchase. It’s almost 3 weeks but haven’t received any refund yet.
    I request you to have a look at my concern.

    We processed a refund of $14 for a monthly Premium Plan payment for you on 24 May. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:

    Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.

    The $15 payment for your domain, astroair.in, is not refundable, as you cancelled the domain beyond the 96-hour refund period we have on domain upgrades. But we can still restore that domain to your account and you’ll be able to continue using it, either here or somewhere else.
